After ordering, your shoes will be immediately put into production. It will take 7 days for your SPONJEEs to be made. 

Please note that Wide sizes will take an additional few days to make.

Rates:

South Korea | Free Shipping | 2 days

Hong Kong | $15 for 1 pair | Free for 2+ Pairs | 5 days

United States | $25 for 1 pair | Free for 2+ Pairs | 7-14 days

Returns:

Unfortunately, our company is not large enough to be able to offer free returns. To return an item, you must pay for shipping yourself, and we will return you the fee for the product. All products must be unused & unworn. If the insole or the outsole is dirty, we will not accept the return, and we will email you to either send the product back to you or throw it away. We do not re-sell used products.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for different colors. 

If you'd like to exchange a size, please send to the return address above with the sizing you want. All products must be unused & unworn. If the insole or the outsole is dirty, we will not accept the exchange, and we will email you to either send the product back to you or throw it away. We do not re-sell used products. 

Note on sizing:

SPONJEEs bands can be a little tight at first, but stretch out as you wear them. To break them in, we suggest wearing them with socks for a few days.
